The products have always been good. Delivery has been prompt as offered. Sorry but the only grump is the fact that immediately after placing the order within the special offer time slot, I realised I had forgotten to insert the special offer code. Despite an immediate email, the company was unable to activate the anticipated price reduction. OK, we didn't comply with the terms of the offer, but long term customer loyalty is sometimes a useful business strategy.
