“Excellent service when I had to contact them with a minor issue. Had to deal with through "chat" but the service was very quick and it was sorted with an additional 10% discount applied for my inconvenience. Very friendly and efficient service.”

“Cartridge arrived quickly and is now working well in my printer. I thought the 'chat' wasn't helpful as nobody replied to me. I wanted to check exactly which cartridge to get, but I had to decide by myself.”

“Disappointed that the last order only lasted approx 6 months and then, even when approx 1/2 full, became faulty. Was replaced free of charge but then itself failed after approx 6 months when still approx 1/2 full. This time refused to replace. I wonder about the quality of the products when they fail so soon and so often.”

“Samsung ML2168 Used this brand before over a number of years, bought another brand as price was cheaper, both did not work well, now thrown out. Back to and will be staying with 999 inks Excellent colour of black ink and works on my printer”

“I bought and paid 10 days ago for my xl540 & xl541 cartridges but cannot give a fair review because Royal Mail says they will be delivered tomorrow Wednesday after 11 days so all I can say is the price was absolutely brilliant and Christmas postage not so.”
