“Terrible customer services. I was sent ink cartridges that didn't work, then I was only offered credit to a 999inks account rather than a refund, and was told I had to buy the originals which were wayyyy over priced compared to originals that could be purchased elsewhere. Interesting tactic for a company who states they guarantee compatibility or your money back. Laborious communication via email asking me to send all sort and jump through hoops for what turned out to be no help whatsoever. Will not be using them again. 0/5”

“Disappointing service, as two orders now seem to have been forgotten until I contacted the company after more than a week. Delivery then was the next day. No apology received. Considering using another company next time.”

“This is not original HP ink as was displayed on the photo on the website. The printer will not accept these cartidges. Very bad service. Please contact me to rectify.”

We would like to clarify that there are two types of cartridges available in the market: original HP cartridges and compatible cartridges. Our website clearly distinguishes between the two types by using their respective names and different displays for each. Compatible cartridges are shown with just the image of the product, whereas original HP cartridges are displayed in their branded packaging on the website. “Firstly, I didn't order these as I wanted the hp inks I usually have, but I'll obviously try them when I need to replace the inks presently in use. The ones I've bought from you, therefore, are not in current use, so I cannot comment on them, but I shall be interested to know if they fit my printer, if the quality is good and how long they last. I can't therefore grade them accurately so I'll give them one star.”
