Terrible customer services. I was sent ink cartridges that didn't work, then I was only offered credit to a 999inks account rather than a refund, and was told I had to buy the originals which were wayyyy over priced compared to originals that could be purchased elsewhere. Interesting tactic for a company who states they guarantee compatibility or your money back. Laborious communication via email asking me to send all sort and jump through hoops for what turned out to be no help whatsoever. Will not be using them again. 0/5
