Never received, parcel force say they tried for Mon delivery but never left a card, Tues was out for re delivery but still never received, plan to go buy some more from another shop tomorrow as need them urgently

Hi Rohit It looks as though an attempt to deliver was made on 17th, the second day after your order was placed. Unfortunately, this was unsuccessful, but a redelivery yesterday is marked as completed. Hi Robert, I'm sorry to hear that your delivery was not completed in an acceptable manner. DPD are usually one of the more reliable carriers, and if they deliver to an alternative address this should be reflected in the tracking, which is not the case here. I have passed your order details on to our logistics manager who will raise this issue with DPD. Inks very good, but this time, they were delivered two doors away for some reason! We were in all day. No one knocked on the door at any time!

Hi James, I'm sorry that your delivery wasn't completed correctly. I can't see any reason that the package was not delivered to your house, as the tracking claims. I have referred this to our logistics manager who will contact the carrier to ensure that greater effort is made to get orders to the correct address. The ink I ordered has not been delivered and 99inks have not helped so far.

It can't be used directly. After inserting it into the printer, the ink sinks from the edge.

Used their website to select my printer and was presented with a list of options. Chose one of the options and it turns out it’s not compatible. The agent on the phone said there’s a 2% chance of that happening and offered no apology.

I ordered inks on 16th September and as at 25th September have not received them. The Money was taken on 16th September. I have phoned twice and was told that it would be checked into and I asked for an e-mail to let me know what was going on but haven't even had that. Asked for money back snd as yet have not had that either. Very poor service.

Dpd tried to deliver the parcel, never looked at the safe place I ask them to leave the parcel. So now 999inks has asked for the parcel to be returned to them for no reason. I have asked for a refund and definitely won't be using 999inks again as still waiting for a Full Refund!!!

Hi, I'm sorry that DPD attempted delivery while you were not available to receive it. In these situations, the default action is to re-try delivery the following day. From the tracking I can see that you specified a safe place, but there are no updates from there (we did not request a return) - it appears that DPD have lost the package between you updating the safe place, and them returning it to the depot. We have begun the refund process for this order, and it should be complete from our end within 48 hours. Once again, please accept my apologies, and if there is anything else that you require, please get back in touch with our customer service team.

An absolute nightmare to deal with!!! Purchased cartridges for my printer, that was easy enough but unfortunately they sent out the wrong ones. I sent photo graphic proof along with a copy of the receipt of postage in an email and was told as soon as they receive them I would get a refund. a year later, talking to numerous people, none of which want any to assist of take ownership, countless emails I am now told as its over a year old I will not receive a refund. Absolute shower!!! AVOID, there are plenty of other companies out there.

I ordered ink and was very pleased to have it delivered almost by return post by Royal Mail The same week ordered more ink ,was told EVRI was delivering it,it was on the way,then was told they had tried to deliver which was not true ,I am still waiting for it Please stick to Royal Mail deliveries . Have complained to Evri Not the fault of 999

Dear 999inks. Rating is so low as I am very disapointed that you sent my the wrong cartidge, e.g. 540XLblack instead of 545XLblack which came with my printer. Furthermor I am very worried by the information regardin the installation routine which suggests to me your cartidge is not really compatible with my printer!!!

The inks that were sent to me were of no use for the printer I am using also the inks were of a different type and of no value to me.I don’t take any joy in the negative feedback that I have presented here however I feel I have to be honest in this matter . Yours John Penman

Hi John I am sorry that you are not happy with your purchase. Having checked warehouse records, it appears that the items sent match up with the cartridges ordered, so it not clear why they are of no use to you. Our return policy allows for the return of unwanted items, so if, for example, you have ordered the wrong cartridges, we are happy to arrange for the return of any unopened cartridges. As you don't appear to have contacted us to resolve this, I will arrange for a member of our support team to get in touch to discuss a return. plced an order on 18-5-24 recieved order on 28-5-24, meantime cacelled order, placed order with another company on 28th received order on 31st. I know where I will be placing my next order.
