“Ordered ink cartridge product on 17th April. Chased up lack of delivery on 29th April and product received within 24 hours. No explanation for unacceptable delay in receipt of original order. Previous orders received without undue delay.”

“Ink and cartridges top quality but yet another company accelerating the plastic packaging crisis. I am refilling with bulk ink at about 5% of the price but cartridges do go wrong occasionally. Change your packaging to non plastic please.”

With this particular order, we don't usually apply discounts retrospectively, but if you could let our team know which code you intended to use, they will be able to apply a partial credit for it.

Hi Anthony, I am sorry that you were unable to identify the cartridges that you wanted. We do our best to make the difference between the geniune (described as "original" in the product name and pictured with official Epson packaging) and compatible (described as "compatible" in the product name and description, and pictured as generic unbranded items) cartridges as clear as possible. Our compatible cartridges come with the same guarantee as the originals, and contain as much or more ink, so we are confident that they are an appropriate replacement - if you try them and are not completely happy with the results, please contact our customer service team who will be able to arrange a return for credit towards the originals, or for a full refund.

“I have used 999inks for some time now and have always been delighted with both the quality and service. Unfortunatley on this occasion i have not yet received my item which probably is no fault of 999 inks but more than likely Evri up to their usual tricks, sorry to be the bearer of bad news.”

“I Ordered a package of Canon Pixma Ink Cartridges woth over £100 on 7th July. I only received the last of the shipment on Wednesday 17th July. The Courier was EVRi who seemed to be holding on to shipments in their delivery cetre for a few days. It's a pity but I really needed these inks urgently!, hence the low rating.”

Hi Michael, I'm sorry that your order took longer than expected to arrive. Looking at the tracking, it seems to have taken 4 working days, which is longer than the estimated 2-3 working days for our free service. I appreciate your feedback, which will be used as part of an evaluation of the service levels provided by our carrier, and once again I apologise for the delay in the delivery.
