“Product was fine, as always, and despatched quickly, BUT, I am ot happy with delivery, via Evri, who took three days to get the package to me, whereas when Royal Mail was used previously, I received the cartridges the next day.”

“Maybe I'm being thick, but I believed I was going to get Cannon cartridges. The price was about the same. These are 're-treads', cost about £40 and whilst I've yet to try them I don't think I will use this company in future”

“I've used 999inks before and found them good value compared to Canons silly prices. order was dealt with promptly but sadly the carrier posted them through my neighbours letter box instead of mine. Both house numbers were clearly displayed. Evri's proof of delivery clearly showed the wrong house which fortunately enabled me to track where it was. My neighbour was away which delayed my receipt of the inks. Evri need a good wigging”

“Not impressed with an order for two sets of inks for my printer. Arrived as 8 off-the-shelf cartons including one with different branding which I had to unpack, throw away the cartons and sort into sets secured with a rubber band. Previously they have arrived with the four inks in one small box for storage. Messy!”

“your helpline was great in solveing my printer problem, sadly the black ink cartridge 378XL Ipurchased from 999inks is not compatible with my EPSON XP 8700 (number correct) but a slightly different fitting order No 34599809, please can you help? would love to give 5 stars! Frustrated Robert G W Rolph”

“I ordered some inks on 23 May and they still haven't arrived. Customer service are sending my order again. I wonder how long it will take Royal Mail to deliver them!”

“When I first became a customer of 999inks I sometimes got my products the next day or the day after that. My most recent purchases have taken several days to be delivered, with the last one taking 6 days.”

“The products have always been good. Delivery has been prompt as offered. Sorry but the only grump is the fact that immediately after placing the order within the special offer time slot, I realised I had forgotten to insert the special offer code. Despite an immediate email, the company was unable to activate the anticipated price reduction. OK, we didn't comply with the terms of the offer, but long term customer loyalty is sometimes a useful business strategy.”
