“Delivery by post used to be 24hrs. Last delivery took four days and went via Basildon in Essex. Go back to using the Post Office, please.”

“I’m afraid the review isn’t as good as I would have like it to be after the recommendation I had. I ordered 3 ink cartridges Two worked but the yellow was rejected by my printer saying it was empty. The yellow wasn’t empty so I now still have a printer that doesn’t work, a useless yellow cartridge and £20 less in my bank account. Not happy”

“999 sent the inks I ordered promptly but they were meant to be compatible with my hp6000 series printer. It refused them so in the end I had to buy the genuine ones.”

“My Order Number is 34605638. My Order Date is 13/09/2024 14:21:59 for 1 x Canon PG-575/CL-576 Full Set Standard Capacity Original Inkjet Printer Cartridges No. Items : 2 SKU: 9CB1-PG575/CL576_OEM £26.24 Only 575 was received in the package. I still can't use my printer! Please despatch CL576 ASAP. Thank you Michael Berry”

“I have been a customer of 999inks for 3 years and until today, have not had a problem. However, today my order was delivered to my old address by their courier, inspite of my email confirmation of order showing new address. When phoning 999 inks and speaking to "Imran", it appeared that their database in the shipping department had not been updated with new, correct address. This problem resulted in a great deal of emotion on my part and was only rescued by myself when I looked at the proof of delivery information provided by the courier Evri. It showed that the parcel had been delivered to my old address on the instructions of 999inks. Fortunately, i was able to drive to my old address and recover the parcel personally. I now await some response from 999inks and perhaps some compensation for their mistake. Incidentally, when opening the parcel, I found the delivery note was also incorrectly printed with my old address. Clearly, the fault lies with 999inks and not the courier.”

Hi Kenneth We don't appear to have received any emails from you, the only ticket on our system is the one we generated as the result of your call yesterday. We have been able to abort the delivery to the incorrect address, and have redispatched your order to number 12 - you will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information later today. “Not happy that you taken full payment and not delivered all the order, just added to invoice "To follow" with no indication as when. Still waiting for outstanding products which you have taken payment for. Unprofessonial practice in my mind. Will think twice before usuing your services again”

“Bought a pair of cartridges for ink-jetprinter. Black ok, but colour did not print red at all. Rang Customer Services, they could not trace my order and did not return my call as promised. Not good!”

“The sealing cap to the ink bottle had no means of peeling it off, so I had to pierce it and attempt to fold back the pieces of the seal. As a result, ink got all over my fingers. Worst still, tiny pieces of the cap ended up in the bottle, which I was then disinclined to pour into my printer reservoir. So, I shall have to purchase a fresh bottle and hope the cap seal has a proper means of peeling off.”
