“Needed to speak to the call centre. Both operators spoke very poor English could not understand them. Will use a different company next time”

“Next day despatch/delivery?....I don't think so! A few years ago, yes, 999 inks were excellent at next day deliver. But my last couple of orders have taken increasingly more time to arrive. My last order (Friday 15th) still hasn't been fulfilled by 21st, despite an email telling me it had all been dispatched on the 16th. I did receive part order on the 17th but the majority has still not arrived 4 working days later. Regardless of price, an unreliable service will move me to looking elsewhere for my inks.”

Hi John, Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you found our assistance was not very helpful and apologise for this. The team have sent you some instructions which usually resolve the issue you are facing. If this has not worked please reply to the email and we will get a replacement on its way for you. Our team will always do their upmost to provide assistance if there is any issues with the cartridges we provide. If the issue cannot be fixed we will under our guarantee and warranty get a replacement sent out. Kind Regards John
