I have been a customer of 999inks for 3 years and until today, have not had a problem. However, today my order was delivered to my old address by their courier, inspite of my email confirmation of order showing new address. When phoning 999 inks and speaking to "Imran", it appeared that their database in the shipping department had not been updated with new, correct address. This problem resulted in a great deal of emotion on my part and was only rescued by myself when I looked at the proof of delivery information provided by the courier Evri. It showed that the parcel had been delivered to my old address on the instructions of 999inks. Fortunately, i was able to drive to my old address and recover the parcel personally. I now await some response from 999inks and perhaps some compensation for their mistake. Incidentally, when opening the parcel, I found the delivery note was also incorrectly printed with my old address. Clearly, the fault lies with 999inks and not the courier.
