“999 inks sent the wrong cartridge. Thinking it would fit I removed the clear plastic and tried to place it in my Printer but it just wouldn't go. It's then I discovered it was the wrong one. I asked for a return but they wouldn't accept my return even though it hadn't been used. I said it could be repackaged but they still said no. Now they've lost a customer for life and I would say to everyone. PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE COMPLETE A-HOLES.”

“I've used 999 frop a while but delivery has been an iossue the last couple of times. My last order arrived in 2 parts over a week apart!!! When i contacted 999INks - via chat as there's no phone number - the assistant had a very passive aggressive attitude towards me which just wasn't warranted. I will probably but my consumables elsewhere from now on. Very disappointed.”

“Re Order Number is 34612665, your courier has taken 6 days to delivery. Mantime I have had to buy ink cartridges from another source. I have rung twice and discussed the situation with a 999inks advisor, who said I shouild 'refuse acceptance of delivery', and ask for package to be returned to 999inks. THis happened this aftermnoon. The cartridges were not despatched on Monday 30/12/24 by Royal Maiil as the invoice states, but collected by EVRI on Friday afternoon 3/1/24, delivered to me today, rejected and retiurned with teh courier. When the cartridghes arrive back with you, please arrange for a refund to my Credit Card of £73.79 . Thank you.”

“I ordered some Canon inks that did not arrive in the time stated. When I complained I was told there was a shortage of that particular in cartridge. I was not informed of the delay, very poor customer service. I will not use again. There are plenty of other companies out there.”

“Placed an order with a 25% discount code, took the full amount from my card with no discount. Telephoned them and was told they would refund me the 25% to my card and that it may take between 5 and 7 days to be processed. 24 days later and I’m still waiting for the refund.”

“not good, we tried to change the delivery address but could not do it, we even contated your office 2 x, and EVri your deliver people. Your staff done nothing to help, and EVri were not contactable via the phone even though their advert says they are. A terrible service from both, we still do not have the ink, we had to re-order to be able to change the delivery address, we had to pay twice, and we still do not have the ink or the refund.”

“I have been using 999 inks for years now but the two orders this year for LC223 full set cartridges for Brother printer have ended with the cyan cartridge being absolutely useless as it does not fit the printer and a complaint has resulted in no response so far!”

“We ordered yellow cartridges, and magenta ones arrived. We were then told that a return envelope would be provided to return the magenta cartridges and that the yellow cartridges that should have arrived but didn't were being sent. As yet, neither are with us!”
