since i installed the 999 cartridges my printer does not work.I have flashing lights on the colour button and the printer will only photo copy.Any ideas please

We were promised immediate delivery but I had to remind you 3 weeks LATER. Only then did our inks arrive. Also I had to wait 15 minutes for my phone call to be answered by your team. A very poor service!!!

Sent the wrong cartridges and would not replaced because i opened package, how do you try them without opening

I have not been able to use your products as you have sent the incorrect cartridges. I do not intend to write yet another review. A disappointed previous customer.

The cartridge provided was rejected by my printer. When I examined both, the original and the one sent by you, there were distinct differences. I wasted over £18.00 for the sake of £5.00. In my opinion not enough expertise or not really caring about what you are giving the customer as long as you are getting the money. Won't be using you again.

Dear Denise, We are sorry to hear that you have had an issue with your order and apologise. We only provided the highest quality cartridges to our customers and would never provide below standard cartridges for our customers and this is why we provide our years warranty on our cartridges. Compatible cartridges sometimes will look a little different to the original manufacturer cartridges but this should not have no affect on the quality or functioning of the cartridge. We have noticed that you have not contacted us about the issue and we really do want to resolve your issue for you. Hi Thank you for taking time to review us. We are sorry to hear that you are having an issue with a cartridge. All our cartridges are filled with high quality premium ink and should produce the same high quality prints. Usually poor prints are caused by the printers printhead needing a clean and our team have sent you aa reply to your email on how perform this on your printer. If you not entirely satisfied after trying the simple steps and finding you have no improvement in your prints then please do contact us for a return as the cartridge is under warranty. Regards Paul

Dear David, Thank you for taking time to review us. We sorry to hear that you have not received your order and apologise. We did dispatch the order on the day you made the order and according to the Royal Mail tracking it was delivered to the address provided on time two days after dispatch. We will resend the tracking link for you to your email address which will provide the precise location the delivery was made to along with a photograph of the door the parcel was delivered. I still have not received my order. Please send as soon as possible. Don't think I shall be ordering from you again. I ordered on 18th February. This is not good enough. I phoned you last week and still no results. You are rated as zero.

scam after making clear payment, no goods , after 10 days. claiming they run out of stock, still after refund. advise don't buy from this company or at lest read the only negative feedback because its all truth . the thousands of fake positive feedback has been all left from india
