“This is not original HP ink as was displayed on the photo on the website. The printer will not accept these cartidges. Very bad service. Please contact me to rectify.”

We would like to clarify that there are two types of cartridges available in the market: original HP cartridges and compatible cartridges. Our website clearly distinguishes between the two types by using their respective names and different displays for each. Compatible cartridges are shown with just the image of the product, whereas original HP cartridges are displayed in their branded packaging on the website. “Love these guys. Been buying ink from them for years. Good value, quick dispatch and swift replies to emails. My only problem is that since I last ordered, they have started using Evri for delivery, instead of Royal Mail and it really bless the whole experience down. My package was delivered to the wrong street, just around the corner, but I'm an elderly, disabled woman. When I contacted Evri, I was told to go knock on doors to find it .”
