It's hard to find any fault. I've had two orders from them, of Canon-compatible cartridges, for home- and work-related use. I haven't used them for high-quality photos. No problems ordering, receiving, installing, or printing. I do get pestered with a lot of marketing emails - but they're easily deleted...
