I ordered 1 black and i coloured cartridge on Monday, they arrived by post on Wednesday. Excellent. Asa very limited user, thse cartridges will last me many months, I only order when the indicator shows empty. The fact that I can rely on a prompt replacement suits my needs. M Murray
