I was very pleased with my purchases of black and coloured inks but was very annoyed when i tried to re order yesterday and my bank card would not be accepted and apparently you had no knowledge of my e mail address when i have had countless e mails from you to re order. I would br grateful if you could contact me so that I can re order inks and paper. i was also held on the phone for ages. Looking forward to hearing from you. Jean Doody.
