Been using 999inks for around 6 years for my brother inkjet for printing for thermal copying and for both or my Epson printers and I have only once had any kind of issue (one cartridge wouldn’t work and once I notified 999inks they not only sent the one that was not working but a pack of 4 cartridges,I would not go anywhere else
