I have had my inks from 999 for many years now, and up to now I have always given 4.5, and I confidently recommend them to my friends. However, this time when I agreed to pay I found there was a hidden delivery charge. I know 999 have to pay for this service. However, I think a company such as 999 should have the confidence to be totally up front with their charges. The disappointment will make me look around in the future.
