I have no issues with customer service, my complaints are two fold: I'm local and I feel spending the money to ship is a waste when I could just pick up an order at the factory. If I'm already spending near $1000 dollars that extra 125 for shipping locally hurts. My second complaint is the build quality of the DIY panels. They are thin and flimsy, using some of the worst plywood I have ever seen. And they are assembled in a shoddy manner. I made them work by adding 1x3 to the back at the top and bottom. The fabric they come with are cut straight on one side and are off on the other by a lot. I ordered 15 panels and every piece of fabric was like this. I was able to make them work but at added time and expense. I'm happy with the results after I did the extra work but I think the DIY Panel kits could be made better without a lot of added expense
