“Arrived very quickly, how ever the rock wool did not arrive wrapped in plastic like the 4” version, taking it on faith they provided the correct Rock wool. Quick note, this is rock wool, one of the best and linear response for acoustic treatment, how ever it does need to be framed or edges treated, personally this not an issue, attached is photo of final product. Thank you for making diy possible!”

“Wonderful customer service & a great product! We ordered panels for a large facility and they shipped quickly, they were packaged well, and the quality of the product is satisfactory. The acoustic panels have functioned well and are aesthetically pleasing. Highly recommend!”

“I had a custom GOBooth created, and it met my specifications exactly. The materials and workmanship were excellent. I expect to get years of enjoyment with this portable sound booth that I can set up and break down whenever needed. And I had Acoustimac print different graphics on each of the panels, which gives the GOBooth and exciting look.”

“I had some trouble getting communications on confirmation of orders. One of the items ended up on back order and I didn't learn of it until I pressed with telephone and emails. The Owens Corning 703 took 2 months between order and delivery. I had to press Acoustimac multiple times to determine whether the boards were even ordered. generally poor communications from Acoustimac. Lastly, though not a fault of Acoustimac, the top two fiberglass sheets were damaged during shipping due to a fork lift jabbing into the product. Poorly packaged for a product susceptible to damage. In theend, I received the products I ordered, but it seemed to take quite a bit of prodding and inquiry from me to get the orders moving or at least learn of the delayed status. On a good note, the fabric I ordered was delivered promptly. Unfortunatly, I had to wait about 6 weeks for the other componemts to come in, which has delayed the overall project.”

“Great experience ordering from Acoustimac! We have a combination of acoustic panels and acoustic art panels in our new home studio. Very happy with the quality, absorption and look of these panels. Hanging takes a bit of planning but we had four panels up in about two hours. Delivery was quick and the custom artwork process for the art panel was very straightforward. Would definitely recommend.”

“The panel are well made and fabrication and shipment went well. We had a mixture of 26 panels for a cluhouse project included both solid color and several large art panels. They look great in the space and have noticably quited the room.”

“Acoustimac products are top notch. They wouldn't make our prints until they had the best pictures so they were good quality. They sent proofs so we could ask for adjustments if we needed to. They made recommendations and the communication was brilliant. For the product they provide, the price was acceptable. Acoustimac is a AAA business with excellent customer service and knowledge. One of the best experiences I have ever had purchasing anything for my work.”

“The product was amazing! I had no issues with that. However I was disappointed with the communication with waiting on the backordered fabric. I felt that there was no clear date given and I waited for around 5.5 months to get my fabric.”
