We wanted to be super excited to receive your product but we are not able to find anyone to install the product properly. We were surprised to see that the mounting hardware is not already installed on the acoustic squares. The back is very uneven with the wood/fabric/staples so we are unable to screw in the brackets in a way that they would be flush with the wall. We have thought of returning and/or mounting on a board then attaching the board to the wall. Other companies we looked at had velcro type pieces that were already installed on the tiles then you could easily peel and stick to the wall. If we are not able to find someone to install we will probably return and pay all the associated fees for delivery and restocking.

Hi Jamie, I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble finding someone to install the panels you ordered from us. We don't attach the hardware because we want our customers to be able to install the panels in any orientation they want. You can use 3M Command Strip velcro to install our panels as well if that is easier for you. Other customers have used the velcro in the past and said it worked great. Really disappointed on how our purchase went. Panels are great. Delivery and customer service not great. Unanswered questions, no return calls, bills from FedEx because of delivery with no explanation, 2 week delivery delay, and had to pay FedEx because AcoustiMac discrepancy. Really disappointed the way things were handled.

Good Afternoon, There was no discrepancy with us. FedEx sent you a bill for a delayed offloading fee. We spoke to our rep at FedEx and she said that was taken care of, you did not need to pay them. Also, the shipping time is out of our control. Delays in transit happen occasionally, it's unfortunate but does happen. I'm happy to hear you're satisfied with your product but I think the two-star review is unwarranted. We take pride in our customer service as you can tell by our hundreds of 5-star reviews. We ordered fabric, but then called to cancel it. I was told the order was canceled but then they billed us and shipped the material. We do not want the material and were quite disappointed that the order shipped, even after being told it was canceled.

The website is not usable. It doesnt work. It loads and I can see a few pages but I can hardly use it because it is not responsive to clicks... way way too slow!!! Im glad you asked.

I placed an order for 6 cases of rockwool on Nov 1. The receipt I received said it would be shipped no later than 48hr after the purchase. I was expecting it no later than Mon Nov 7. The tracking number they gave with the order didn't go anywhere. I called on Mon when the order didn't arrive and was told there was a problem with the tracking numbers. "We' ll find out and call you back". 3hr later I hadn't heard anything so I called again. I talked to the guy I placed the order with and he said the tracking numbers were being corrected and would be posted in a few minutes. 45 min go by and nothing changed so I called again. Sales guy (Eric) said the shipment was in Atlanta and would arrive on Nov 9. Still no update on the tracking. Finally at about 5pm I get a tracking email from fedex saying the shipment would arrive on Nov 9 and that it was still in Tampa!!!! I had workers here to do the install on Monday that I had to pay. Eric's attitude is "hey, that happens, wish I could do something". I paid more than half the cost of the product to have it shipped. I would think there would be follow up on shipments to see if they actually made their destination. Not so. And of course, no compensation for my out of pocket expense because "hey, that happens". No responsibility or follow through.

Michael, I apologize again for the issues you experienced with transit. Unfortunately, FedEx does not guarantee ground shipments. The only way to get guaranteed services would be to ship via Express. Which also would be much more expensive. Luckily, the packages were located and we didn't have to ship replacements. That would have added additional days to the ETA. When we spoke on Monday, I was relaying the information exactly as I received it from FedEx. Unfortunately, when packages leave my warehouse, we are at the mercy of the carrier. Almost zero communications after I paid for my 5k order. I had to inquire about statues at every turn. I has a deadline that I did not make, This cost me more money to hot rush the installation. Don't count on 18 to 20 days or you will be disappointed.

Hello John, Thank you for your feedback it is greatly appreciated. Standard production for art products is a minimum of 18-21 business days in production. This production time begins once the image(s) are approved from you and does not include transit time which is typically an additional 2-4 days. Our records show that this order was completed within the standard 18-21 business day lead time and shipped out within 1 day after the completion. As well, you and I were in communication throughout the process. We do not send emails through each step of production, however, each time you reached out you were responded to within the hour. All from 2nd order of absorption and bass traps: Damaged corner (torn material and crushed corner) on a 24" square absorption panel (2) 24" square panels had sides which were not fully cut to size (raised portions about 1.5 inches long) Some fabric corner folds were very poorly done causing raised surfaces and uncovered edges of corners

Product showed up damaged. I sent an email with pics and explanation to my contact at acoustimac, no response. I had fixed the product myself, (the wooden frame had been broken on a few of the panels I ordered) but I always kind of expected they would, provide me with some store credit, or at least apologize that I spent like 1000 bucks on panels and then had to fix the product upon arrival. Nothing. I wanted to love this experience, because they had been responsive up to the point of getting my money, but once they had my money, it was like forget it, I guess. Bummer. I wanted to do more business with these guys, because for the money, the product is cool.
