All from 2nd order of absorption and bass traps:
Damaged corner (torn material and crushed corner) on a 24" square absorption panel
(2) 24" square panels had sides which were not fully cut to size (raised portions about 1.5 inches long)
Some fabric corner folds were very poorly done causing raised surfaces and uncovered edges of corners
