“► I've been a Customer since around 08-09-22 and just recently purchased some DIY Bass Trap frames, materials and fabric to my exact specifications. In general, I have always been satisfied with their products and knowledgeable staff speaking with me by phone numerous times before I committed my plastic at the shopping cart. ► If you are a prospect just poking around, I would highly recommend giving Acoustimac a fair shot! ► Unfortunately for some reason, after my last orders were received, my attempts to call, email or chat with them to place more orders have all been unsuccessful to date spanning the last 15 days, or so. All I get via phone are rapid and continuous busy signals (no matter what time of day or night I keep trying to call). ► I'm posting anonymously because this is the only way I think I have a last chance for them to be aware of this matter and contact me ASAP. They know and have all my customer contact info. At-the-same-time, it's also a good opportunity for me to still put in a good word regarding my positive experiences with their purchased products thus far. * * *”

“We’re pleased with nearly every part of our Acoustimac interaction. We ordered & quickly received fabric samples to help us to make the right choices. Then we placed the order & received the actual panels. They were made exactly as ordered. Our only concern is that the wood that’s used for the frame is very lightweight. It seems to be too light / not dense enough to securely hold the mounting hardware screws without stripping. The installed panels look good, and they seem to do the expected sound damping.”

“The quality of the product seemed good but the manner they were shipped in was a little sketchy. Didn't seem well protected. I would also love an option for resellers to sell these to our customers.”

“Very good buying experience. High quality sound absorption panel with photo. The only reason for not giving it 5 stars was the $230 shipping charge for a 3'x4' panel. They said it was needed because it was to be shipped on a pallet, but it arrived in a regular box. But the panel is great and worth the purchase, despite the high shipping cost.”

“First I want to sing praises for Eric in customer service. He was extremely helpful in dealing with my order and a change to the order. Eric is an asset to your company. I would also address the wood backing used in the panels is flimsy and breaks easily when installing brackets. It seems like balsa wood. A better material should be used.”

“My order was processed and shipped in a very timely manner. The product was in very good condition when received. Workmanship was very good. However, on the side of one bass panel , at one corner, the material was slightly punched up and not smooth. The wooden back board of the bass panels was much thinner than what had been previously used on panels I purchased from Acoustimac.”

“The acoustic panels have definately made a difference in the echo and reverb that used to occur in our great room, which has a cathedral ceiling made of wood, wood flooring, large windows on two walls and a brick fireplace that goes from floor to ceiling. Prior to installing the panels, it was hard to have a group of six people or more in the living room.”

“Beautiful acoustic art panels. Couldn't be more pleased. The time between order and delivery was long, which is understandable, but it would have been nice to receive updates along the way, i.e. being constructed, shipped, out for delivery, etc. it was a total surprise when the package came.”

“These parts are exactly what I needed. I would have given a 5-Star review, but the shipping was a little spendy. The shipping was as expensive as the parts ($55 vs $55). BUT, the parts shipped quickly and arrived when they said they would, so I am okay paying for shipping when I get what I need when I need it. The parts themselves work well. I am using them in some "home-made" acoustic panels made from Owens-Corning 705 insulation bats (semi-rigid) with a thin weed-blocker material on the top, and my decorative material on the other 5 sides. I cut a 1-inch slit in the weed-blocker material, and then work the screw part of the Acoustimatic fitting under the material and slowly press it down as I screw it into the insulation material. You can feel the fitting begin to bite into the insulation material and cut its way down until the top of the fitting bottoms out. I am putting 4 of these fittings on each 4 ft x 2 ft insulation batt and this feels like plenty of support to hold up the panel. I got my ideas from YouTube videos, and they recommended using these fittings, and I have to agree with their recommendation. I would recommend these also.”

“Would have given 5 stars. Did arrived on the time line that was promised, but still slower than a lot of the other deliveries. The product arrived in perfect shape beautifully crafted. Could not ask for more as far as the product itself. Would highly recommend this seller.”

“Ordered 6 panels with custom pictures I supplied. They did a great job of doing them just as I requested. The quality of the panels is excellent. Also they got them out just before the hurricane hit their area. Communication with art director was easy. Mounting brackets are fine but if hanging on drywall use some proper inserts and screws. Only reason 5 star not given was there were some issues with the administration of the order which required a couple of calls on my part to get the process going again. Overall quite satisified.”

“I have not installed the product yet so I cannot speak to its effectiveness but the service I received was excellent. There was a snag with my debit card which they helped me with. I ordered the product on Saturday and it arrived the following Thrusday which for its weight and bulk I thought was very prompt delivery. So, as far as doing business with them I highly recommend Acoustimac.”
