“Very expensive, and the detail / clarity of my latest picture was, at best, OK. Compared to the same picture of same size that it replaced (non-acoustic panel), it looks almost out-of-focus. Will be looking at alternatives as the price is rather extreme.”

“My sales associate made a promise and stuck to it! I was worried my panels wouldn’t make it in time for the installation crew I had scheduled and they made it happen. Kudos to them all!”

“The color was perfect. They were easy to put up, I used a laser level for consistency. The only complaint I had was the packaging. 3 of 4 hardware bags came loose in the boxes and one came out of the box. The driver was able to figure out what it was so I had the hardware I needed.”

“The panels themselves were great! Perfect for my small office where I do online streaming and broadcasts. There were two little things that could have taken the DIT panels over-the-top, in terms of the overall experience: written assembly instructions for the acoustic fabric on the DIY panels, and - with that - a note on how thin the wood backing is. Because I didn't know how to evenly apply the acoustic fabric without wrinkles, I had to redo the first one, and - not knowing how thin the backing wood was - put a small crack in it during the process of removing staples. Other than that, they're great panels, and I will be buying more.”

“Happy with the product. Had major issues with the shipping company that was used, XPO. They drive my panels back and forth across Massachusetts more than once and delivered them almost three week after they said they would.”

“I was first turned on to your fabric because of the price. The samples were great. I really like the Executive line and the colors. I ordered 158 yards of the Executive line, Caramel, Granite, Linen, Cocoa, and Black. If you look at the pictures. The Cocoa seems to have an issue, maybe in the dyeing process. There is a dark streak the length of the fabric. Maybe 10' apart. Fortunately it was ok in the studio. Kind of a "board and batten" look. There was one flaw in the weave. Packaging could have been a bit better. I understand why you made it one roll of the four colors so it would be one shipping item. I would have preferred that the four colors were on separate rolls, then the four rolls wrapped as one. As it was, I had to unroll two colors from the main roll to get at the color I needed. That was a pain! Also, maybe wrap in heavy brown paper first, the saran wrap. See the hole in the wrap. All in all, I was happy with the fabric and the colors. The clients loved them! I didn't stretch the fabric too much. Just taught. I stapled to the wood frame and will cover the staples with trim.”

“The panels have worked to our satisfaction and have quieted a large open room. Sound was bouncing before and now it is very pleasant. Only issue we had is we ordered in two parts. The color i slightly different on the second set of panels from the first. Recommend ordering them all at once if you need them.”

“The panels are great. But they are way to expensive and take too long to arrive. I ordered a 7 foot long by 1.5 foot wide cream panel and it was $338. I went on Amazon and got a 4x2 foot black panel for $38.”

“I haven't done any measurements but I put these in our Kitchen which is a large open space and when anyone is in the kitchen loading dishwasher, cooking etc there is so much noise It interrupts listening to the TV in the large open Den next to kitchen. It seems to have tamed some of the excess noise and echos. I placed all 6 2x4' pieces on the drop down cabinets In kitchen. I will order 6 more to put in adjacent large open hallway next to den. I am doing acoustic treatment back-assward on purpose. the last thing I will treat is the listening area.”

“The product is well made and beautiful. It looks great with the décor. James has been wonderful to work with. Only reason for no 5 stars is I am not sure if the acoustics has improved yet. We are now in the process of hanging the art work.”

“James Harper was very helpful with my needs. He guided me through choosing the best products for the soundproofing I needed to do and was always available to answer any question I may had. I highly recommend him and this company. And the only reason I gave 4 stars is that they don't offer on-site consultations. But even handling everything through email, the communication was excellent!”

“I received my first order from acoustimac and it was awesome and I am very pleased. I ordered a second panel with another image and I have yet to receive any confirmation that the order is in process. I would give you a five star review if communication were better. Please let me know if you ever began my second order. It does not show up when I sign into my account. I am including a picture of the second image that I ordered. Thank you”
