We needed acousic panels to deaden the echo in a room with an idustrial high ceiling and 2 glass walls. The panels were easy enough to order and in fact I ordered custom size panels for one of the walls. I did need to call several times with questions and the company was very responsive.
The panels arrived and they are gorgeous! I was told they wouldn't work due to our ceiling, however, they do help tremendously and they look nice, sort of like blank artwork. I would highly recommend them! In fact one of the engineers asked where I found them.
