I have not installed the product yet so I cannot speak to its effectiveness but the service I received was excellent. There was a snag with my debit card which they helped me with. I ordered the product on Saturday and it arrived the following Thrusday which for its weight and bulk I thought was very prompt delivery. So, as far as doing business with them I highly recommend Acoustimac.
