I received the wrong product and was never informed that another necklace would be sent instead of the one I ordered. I understand that items can be limited and go out of stock quickly. However, I am very disappointed that I received no communication from Adore By Priyanka about this issue. A simple email would have been appreciated. I made the order from Canada, paid the shipping fee and duty charges, only to receive something I didn’t order.
