Overall great customer experience with people, platform and services. I believe the content should be revised. It should contain advise on interview techniques. The selection process part is poor in content and it was the only disappointing part of the course. It should be added a module about social media and sourcing techniques as this is a practical course. I would advice this course to someone who is already working in recruitment as Coordinator or Sourcer and wants to be promoted to take an active role in building the recruitment strategy and measure its effectiveness.
