“Started off rather unabalnced with Power BI issues and the restructured module is so much better. The pace and structure of learning is excellent. The support around the program is exceptional, even the online query was easily resolved in a few hours. A very patient and encouraging team at AIHR that helps you learn with ease and the ability to go back to the videos helped with revisiting certain apsects where needed. I enjoyed the program and found my understanding of rseearch and the tests was best done here than in my MBA when i completed that. The ability to identify variables, tests and perform them with ability to unpack the results was the most enlightening module as was Power BI which was intimidating initially.”

“I just completed the Talent Management & Succession Planning certificate course. The course content was curated to meet learners across the globe and with varying learning styles. The resource material can be applied at your workplace and the engagement of the facilitators were nice. “I find the learning techniques are great they are visual, audio and text so learning is happening through multiple styles at once. I do find the depth of the learning is very tailored to larger organizations mind you and should be advertised as such for prospective students. While the learnings were brilliant so much of it will simply not apply to my organization with comprehensive HRIS implementation.”
