As an external recruiter, the information is not as relevant to me as perhaps to an internal recruiter. The issue my agency has is not getting needed information from clients hiring manager to successfully promote their business. Honestly, not worth the time and money I spent obtaining this certificate.

The course was content heavy for working individuals. It would be better to have more interactive activities either than the quiz.

I felt the course was too content-heavy for the type of learning style (self-guided), which is not my usual preference. A platform to ask questions was utilised however, it lacked responses - not very engaging.

Course was a good eye opener to what we as talent consultants can utilize however in our company a lot of the topic are not used and will never be an option to use due to the structure of the business. The exam was a complete mix up - after completition i was so difficult to manage th enumbers vs the alphabets to match what is what . There is not correlation of the sub-sections to the numbering that is shared while scores are presented. the course was good to do but wasnt a very good experience with the exam.

While the course in itself was very interesting, the examination was not well structured and had a tough time alinging our responses to the overall marking. There is not correlation of the sub-sections to the numbering that is shared while scores are presented. Took more than 3 attempts to complete what should have been an easier task to begin with. Not pleased with the overall experience of the exam given that we should have been able to only attempt the portions we are lacking in instead of re-attempting the entire exam again.

Highly academic and largely not practical in a business setting. The capstone was a multiple choice exam.

The monthly fee is high, and you can access the knowledge base only by starting & completing the modules and courses. Wondering who wants to complete all of them? People work on this or that field within HR, but because of cross projects or so they might want to and need to learn more about other fields, but I don't want to know it all.... On the other hand the knowledge base IS super useful and great, but the way to access it is missing the whole point!

Maybe I chose the wrong course for myself, but I found the content too basic and in some case (particularly around "web 3.0" and "blockchain", plainly wrong. Also, I was being asked for feedback on the content way, way, way too often. Like literally after every single little piece of content you're asked to rate it, it's rediculous.

Was expecting it to be more interactive, especially with excel.

The topics are current, relevant and there's an enomous veriety thereof. However, the learning experience itself is not the best: an extremely academic approach - an enormous amount of raw content delivered (long videos) with no interactivity, change of pace etc. which makes learning itself tiresome. Also, I think you should include examples and case studies from markets and companies other than the Western cultures and the U.S. Most of the world population works in organizations that face different challenges owing to completely different cultures and markets. Finally, 99% of the material was delivered by men, also white, which, to me, is not a good way to demonstrate the DEIB that you have in your curriculum.
