“I;m finding this course around statistics really hard. Its mathematics - advanced. Probably degree level. I wasn't warned about it. The reading material is really difficult to follow as well as most of the lesson.s”

“I felt a lot of the material was focused too much on the philosophy of HR analytics and not enough on how to calculate metrics, and what the important metrics were. I also felt that many of the questions in the quizzes were not clear in what they were asking.”

“I already did some online courses via different platforms. This platform did not worked for me. It would be nicer to have more guidance and due dates to end some lessons. Also the tasks that were uploaded, are not checked. You don't know if you are doing something wrong or right.”

“I don't think the information in the course was very useful or able to be applied to my organisation. I don't think they covered the topic very well and the course focuses more on HR rather than Organisational Development. I don't think they understand that these are two very different disciplines.”
