“Joining AIHR has been the best decision I made for my development. AIHR is a great resource to keep my HR knowledge and skills aligned to current changing conditions. AIHR offers a wide range of resources from certificate programs and courses to articles, discussion forums and webinars, which is a very good way to keep learning and also exchange views and experiences with HR practitioners from all over the world.”

“I am a university professor in the US, and investing in AIHR last year, has been one of the best decisions I have made. I can tell you, IT IS AMAZING! They are an excellent human group of professionals who are there to assist you in your learning. I appreciate the quality of their lessons, the support articles for each lesson, and the answers you receive from questions you can have. I am almost finishing the People Analytics Certificate, and I have learned things that have helped me advance in my profession. My next step, learn R and Dashboarding. My two cents advice: If you are eager to learn analytics, personal branding, things related to HR, this is the right place; you won't waste your money. Thank you, AIHR Team, for this experience!!”

“For a beginner in this area it is very interesting to learn new, relevant and future proof topics within the HR industry and understand more around data, business acumen, tech and strategy. I would recommend to introduce more tech certificates where you can teach us some more advanced hands on data analytics for the HR area, and also more practical exercises that get reviewed by members of the team and get marked for example. This way you'd encourage deeper learning and understanding, and also a bigger sense of achievement. I'd also love to see Project management for HR in your academy.”
