For a beginner in this area it is very interesting to learn new, relevant and future proof topics within the HR industry and understand more around data, business acumen, tech and strategy. I would recommend to introduce more tech certificates where you can teach us some more advanced hands on data analytics for the HR area, and also more practical exercises that get reviewed by members of the team and get marked for example. This way you'd encourage deeper learning and understanding, and also a bigger sense of achievement. I'd also love to see Project management for HR in your academy.
