I just completed the Talent Management & Succession Planning certificate course. The course content was curated to meet learners across the globe and with varying learning styles. The resource material can be applied at your workplace and the engagement of the facilitators were nice. The self pace (within approved period), helped me to balance a very hectic schedule and accomplishing this course. Would recommend to practicing HR professionals in these fields. Very relevant issues and applications involved. Kudos to the AIHR Team!
