I find the learning techniques are great they are visual, audio and text so learning is happening through multiple styles at once. I do find the depth of the learning is very tailored to larger organizations mind you and should be advertised as such for prospective students. While the learnings were brilliant so much of it will simply not apply to my organization with comprehensive HRIS implementation.
