The concepts were at times too high-level for me personally. I haven't been in school in 20 years and my HR experience has been limited to one role Recruitment, so I was vaguely familiar with the lessons and some concepts were not relevant for me, but I am willing to learn. I did not like failing the first test, but appreciated the tips provided. It helped me know what to focus on and therefore gained a better understanding.
