My overall impression of the L&D training is positive. I appreciate the support team's responsiveness, as well as the variety and relevance of the information provided. On the other hand, up to now, it looks like the script hasn't been reviewed by a native English-speaking copywriter and there are parts of the course with poor English which makes it frustrating and hard to follow. My suggestions for improvement: correct the copy, cut the fluff and the excessively formal language, and go into more depth on the practical application of the theory (especially in the first part of the course), and it will be amazing! I trust that AIHR is very open to constantly improve and I look forward to doing more certifications in the future!
