Good quality, very deep and detailed content, good lecturers.
My recommendation would be less models and theories, more practical examples from the professional life of lecturers (like the one from Dilemma did), shorter content, take out Communication as a stand alone course , model of org elements is overwhelming, not sure in its practicability. Good case studies- More visuals to illustrate the speakers words
