The course provides theoretical knowledge of HR BP and is suitable for HR working or planning to work in large corporations. It does not cover much for the HR needs of smaller companies as the processes and needs of such companies are very different. Personally for me the course was of little practical use as we do not have the same global processes.
There were very few practical examples in the course, I would suggest that the course should be as rich in examples as possible, as after listening to the theory little knowledge is left, but after seeing specific business cases there is peer experience that can be applied.
On the whole, everything that was covered in the course was familiar to me before; it was useful to structure and refresh my knowledge - just that.
