I have completed 3 certifications from AIHR,namely DEIB, Learning and Development and ChatGPT for HR.
Some feedback on DEIB as below.
I expected to have more real industry DEIB scenarios, and best practices sharing but instead mostly it was theory based and simple examples. One of the reasons i wanted to take this course , is I really thought i would get insights to current industry best practices.
I think there should have been diverse learning method such as demo videos , gamification, real knowledge sharing from industry experts, storytelling, etc .
I thought this was pretty much similar to LinkedIn learning, since i have access to that , but only difference is the capstone project .
Giving learners the opportunity to practice is very important in e- learning .
And the learning reflections. my answers are just translated to a pdf copy .
I think the best activity that i did in the course is the case study at the end of the program. That was really stimulating to the mind and all rounder on the learning.
I think you should also have some Asian speakers to ensure its more inclusive and data shared is more diverse.
I hope AIHR will look into these feedback with utmost importance
