I run a kindergarten, last year we had a bit of an emergency last December. There was a burnt smell and even some smoke coming out of the furnace, so I was totally freaked out. Thank God Brent from Air Makers showed up ASAP and took a look at the issue. Turned out it wasn't anything major, so we ended up only closed for half a day.
