Its my second purchase from Aleyole, until now I bought only gold jewelery and I have to say i'm very satisfied with the quality (the gold doesn't fade away after wearing it for a while). So thumbs up for this. However, what I don't like is the customer service, I had an issue with the clasps from the charms and nobody replied via email, they replied only after I insisted on sending the same email several times. Not nice ! Also what I didn't like is that they changes the clasps for the charms and this change is not reflected on the website so I kinda feel cheated on. The charms look really nice, but the new clasp doesn't fit on the necklace that I bought- LAFORET GOLD CHAIN (clasp is too small), hence I can only wear the charms only on earings. Again not nice !
