From the beginning, there were communication disconnects. I often had to explain multiple times why certain changes were not made. It seemed like they didn't care enough to review their work after making other adjustments, which left me frequently frustrated.
Additionally, the person Alpha assigned to me was always trying to sell me their products when I just wanted them to focus on finishing my story. Although the communication improved somewhat towards the end, it still needed significant work. Overall, it was quite a trial.
