Had some of my order cancelled and incorrectly refunded less then it should have been. Had not replied to my email stating I had two missing items and had 7 items sent wrong {email same day received parcel}. No contact whatsoever from customer services via email. Quick delivery was the best part of service everything else has been quite poor.
