Ordered in November, nothing has arrived and messages both through the onsite system and through email are being ignored.

Order submitted 07 Dec (Christmas order for Children) with items in stock and advised 2-3 days to dispatch, 08/01/26 still nothing received. Funds debited from my account!! Have contacted ACC 3 times by email to seek an update and advise, to date no response. I have requested a refund as goods not delivered as requested or sale honoured. STILL NO RESPONSE. I have forwarded this to my bank to action and will reporting ACC to trading standards. Dismal performance.

Paid for items 30/11. 5/12 the company claims they’ve sent them. The tracking was never provided, the parcel never arrived. Requests for a refund have been ignored. 5/1- nothing, no items, no response, no refund. Report to Trading Standards via Citizens Advice online.

Thank you for sending long date items and issuing refunds for items without prompts which weren't in stock! I was worried by negative reviews, and found that my order wasn't shipped in the expected time, but I did get my parcel within 3 weeks, and was pleased with the items contained! All I can think is that the company has a small work force, have been inundated with orders, and have struggled to keep up, so if you place an order I'd expect to wait longer than a few days for your order!

I ordered from the American Candy co for the first time recently. I made a fairly large order. I did not receive three items. I promptly contacted them to ask about the missing items. Initially I did hear back but I never received the missing items nor was I reimbursed for them. I chased this for a month but eventually they stopped responding. I would not recommend the American Candy co. Very poor business practices and horrible customer service.

Where do I start. 11 Days to receive only a part order.of the order No Response to my emails (7 emails sent) No Refund for undelivered items No feedback no apology absolutely abysmal customer feedback. The only reason I have given them one star is because the feedback site will not let me give zero stars.

They sent me the wrong items. I have emailed 3 times and no reply. Yiu then ring and nobody answers and the mail box is full,so you can't leave a message. I would strongly recommend not using this company as service is dreadful.

It’s a shame there are not a negative star feedback…have contacted the company numerous times on there contact email as well as there contact form on the website as items were missing from my order. No refund and no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Unless you like throwing your money away

Missing items from my order. Have emailed and only received their generic email in response to say they would be intouch and heard nothing else from them. Disappointed with their lack of customer care and also the fact that I paid for items I did not receive. Not happy with experience using this company at all. Would definitely not recommend!

I have already written 2 emails which say we will get back to you. Used many American goods sites and never had a problem before but I saw you had both hostess cupcakes and Hoho's so thought I would give you a try. Was charged for both and when finally received the box, only cupcakes inside and no Hoho's. I thought an honest mistake and sent 2 emails as I mentioned. there has been no further correspondence, no money and no Hoho's. disgraceful service. please make amends. regard James Locke. ord number 60912

Terrible. This company are more than happy to take your money and send out an incomplete order. Emails ignored. Telephone not accepting calls. I had to involve Clearpay in the end (who ACC ignored, too!) and get my refund through them. How they still have a business at all when these are their practices, I'll never know.

Hi there, I received my order but there are loads of items missing. Order number 60208. I’m missing the Fanta pineapple can, the peach sour patch kids, the Cadbury cherry ripe, and the peanut butter and jelly M&Ms. Why have they been missed? I placed the order on the 28th June and they were delivered on Monday the 7th, so I have already waited a significant amount of time. These are a present for my brother in a weeks time so I’m not happy. I have sent two follow up emails about this with no reply. Please rectify this ASAP.

Items sent after waiting 2 weeks with only 5 days to eat before expired. I've had a similar experience to most of these other reviewers. I was not sent a tracking number after I ordered, so after a week of waiting I contacted their customer services. They replied saying the item had got lost in the post and they would send another next day delivery. I don't believe they ever sent the parcel as why no tracking number provided, also Royal Mail very rarely lose parcels. Anyway the 'new' package didn't arrive the next day nor the one after that so I contacted customer services again but didn't get a reply. I did finally get my tracking number. Parcel was finally received 14 days after my original order only to discover one of the items had only 5 days left to be eaten until it expired!! It wasn't a fresh item but something that would be made with an expiry date months into the future so they had sent me an old product that I'd paid way over the RRP for only to have to rush and eat the whole lot within a few days. I emailed the company again and got no reply. It's such a shame as this shop does sell interesting and hard to get items but they just don't deliver! They need to employ more and/or better staff.

was told my order was on its way in May, STILL HASNT ARRIVED? no response from their support team email a WEEK after sending an inquiry in. Definitely going to be filing a chargeback or getting a refund no matter what. “next day delivery” my ass.
