“Ordered some A&W cream soda after searching everywhere for it while on holiday. Couldn’t believe the value for money when I found it on American Candy Co! Quick delivery, well packaged to protect my order and easy checkout process. So many different items available on the website too, can’t wait to place another order! 🍭”

“I would like to have given 5 stars however, one item wasn't what I ordered, I ordered the smorsels but received cookies and cream cookie dough bites instead, luckily I love them too, the other thing was my jolly rancher sout gummies were burst, but this could have been in transit. All in all though I am very happy with my order and will be very likely to order again in the future”

“Price was okay delivery was great came really fast. Customer service was absolutely amazing they replied as soon as they could and were really helpful and accommodating. As I did input the wrong address but got it fixed fast. Overall great service I’d recommend.”

“Poor service. I paid £5.99 delivery and I ordered before 3 pm on a weekday [Wednesday] fully expecting a next day delivery. The gift for my poorly nephew eventually arrived on the Saturday. Emailed to ask where I went wrong as I was prepared to accept this may have been my error. Nothing. Chased via email asking for an update. Nothing. It’s bad enough that within 2 days of an eye test my nephew was having neurosurgery to remove a medulloblastoma without having a gift specially ordered to “cheer him up” take a lot longer than expected to arrive then to find that the entire order couldn’t be fulfilled and to be ignored by the vendor when querying. I would not use this company again so whilst my nephew is having his 6 week course of Proton Beam Therapy down in Manchester, I’ll definitely be buying treats elsewhere.”

“I have wrote numerous times about items I received that were inedible, it was a Xmas present and had to go in trash iv sent pics but had no reply to numerous emails , I would like my money back or replacement good .”
