“Loved trying all the new sweet but I generally thought it was a chocolate mystery box as I clicked on the chocolate list and the mystery box was there so I’m pretty disappointed that mostly everything in the box was sweets I think I had one chocolate thing and it was m and m cookies”

“Ordered my bits on Wednesday around 3pm. And paid extra for next day delivery. So expected the item on Friday as poss missed the cut off for Thursday delivery. Items didn't arrive till Wednesday week later. Emailed American candy but got no reply, then got an email asking for feedback, so here you go. Shame product great just lack.of communication and delivery was terrible.”

“I think they forgot to dispatch my order, had to chase my order up 3 weeks after ordering, originally put it down to christmas strikes and holidays and such”

“I placed an order for some cereal on Christmas day. Because of the date, I didn't expect quick delivery but the confirmation that I received implied that it would come within 1-2 working days. It would have been good to have managed my expectations a little better and explained that they were closed until the new year. After reading terrible online reviews, I panicked that I had lost my money (£60+) and I emailed support. No response. I did get my order on the 5th Jan and it was great! It just would have been better to have an improved 'out of office' response to keep me informed.”

“5 stars for the products, 1 star for communication and customer service. I placed an order on 14 November and paid extra for overnight delivery. That was pointless. On 15 November, I got confirmation that APC overnight had been contacted. On 17 November, I called and wrote customer service to ask when I might expect delivery, as it'd been 2-3 days per their delivery FAQ, and I got back an automated note saying I'd get a reply in 1-2 days. I got no reply. I departed on a plane for World Cup on 19 November and still nothing. There were no strikes, there were no storms, there were no holidays. On 21 November, finally got a package and had to ask a neighbor to keep it for a month 'til I came back. I'd think twice about ordering again and certainly won't pay extra for anything.”

“The customer service is a bit slow, and good luck getting your tracking information to work. They do have a nice selection of products though! Just hope you get them. I wasn’t able to select a faster shipping at check out either. Unsure if that is because of the holidays, or because I didn’t order enough stuff.”

“A little hit and miss. Started off with superb customer service but my order wasn’t complete and 1 item was faulty and I have heard nothing since. Was also told they’d honour my 10 percent discount as I forgot to put the code in ( was a £190 order ) but nothing has been done. Items good”

Hello Rosey, Thank you for your review. Unfortunately I cannot find any emails regarding the missing order which is why this wasn’t looked into. Could you give us the order number or name it was under so we can send this out as it is probably lost in transit.
