“Foods were all not expired and of good quality. Unlike other places I’ve tried where the stock comes melted and broken. However some items appeared to be bigger on the website was kind of dissatisfied with the sizing of a few items. Express shipping took 5 days so not too bad. But for the price I think some of the items should have definitely been bigger. Overall a 6.2/10.”

“Thought I was going to get Aunt Jemima product not Pearl Milling then you charge me taxes. So the product should have been £8.99 had I bought from another vendor rather than costing nearly £13.00”

“I ordered a mystery box (£100). Having waited nearly two weeks for my order to arrive (my order was lost by courier) I spoke to members of staff who were very quick and kind to sort out the issue. The box has a good varried selection but was left disappointed with selection of crisps only 1 packet,.”

“While the quality of the products I received was good and the prices were competitive with other sellers, I did not receive several items (about 1/4 of my order) and despite attempts to raise the issue with support I have so far had no response from an employee whatsoever, not even to issue a refund.”

“Had one missing item, emailed to enquirer about it and i have heard nothing back since even though i received an automated email saying i would get a reply in 2 days but it had been a week or longer now, if i had have been contacted about missing item would be a higher rating.”

“I’ve ordered a few times, however every time I have some of the order hasn’t arrived. I then receive an email to say I’m being refunded as stock not available.. not ideal and customer service is quite hard to get a hold of… they do have a lot to offer and reasonable priced but don’t think il be ordering from them again.”

“Placed a very small order on the 15th July just after lunch, took until Wednesday 24th July to be delivered - waited far too long for a few bags of pretzels and some chocolate to be honest. Won’t be ordering again - also received a 10% AFTER placing the order. How to infuriate a customer - ticking all the boxes.”
