Couple of things I couldn't get elsewhere, but around £12 of my order was missing - part of this was marked on the receipt with one item crossed ojt, another item just not packed. Emailed three times since I received the package for help on an refund, but nothing. I mentioned I was doing a payment dispute in my last email, and they replied ...to the payment company! If you're ordering from them, make sure to take a photo of the box when it arrives and your receipt!

Was very disappointed with our latest order from American Candy. Have ordered before with no problems. However some of our items were out of date - not listed as such on the website. Our moon pies were out of date mere days after we made the order and before the order was shipped. Our mountain dew was out of date MONTHS ago. Very disappointed - short shelf life I can understand due to importing but I would expect the products to still be in date on delivery

Delivery was quick however I had 3 items missing from delivery. I have emailed at least 3 times over the past 4 weeks and had no reply or solution.

Items missing from order but was charged for them, have emailed twice and had no response at all. Poor customer service which is a shame as I’ve used this company before with no issues

Not overly pleased. The items that i did receive were great but i did not receive everything that i paid for and despite emailing twice and receiving an automated email promising a response within 2 days i still have not been contacted or had the issue resolved

the sweets were nice but came a day late and one of my sweets were missing i have emailed them but they haven’t responded. I’ve emailed twice and still no response. I am very depressed about this.

Disappointed with order part of order wasn’t included when I informed you you did nothing you could have at least sent missing items I had paid for you didn’t even refund my money

I have sent 2 emails and made a number of calls and waited on the line for nearly 20 mins but still had no response. I ordered in good faith and even checked with yourself on expiry date but on receiving my items the date was not good. Lesley Benfield

Ordered for the first time earlier this month, recieved most of my order. Emailed as instructed to enquire as to my missing items but email wasn't answered.....second email sent.... Would have been nice to have my order completed.....

That's now 2 orders I have paid for next day delivery and not recieved, this time was 7 days for delivery even though i had just missed cut off on the Friday for ordering. Highly disappointed.

Sent the wrong items. I orderd one type of tortilla chips and they delivered another. A warehouse substituion - I was told. I was not informed of this change and would have cancelled my order. No refund offered. I have only 2 stars as we did eat the chips (we had no choice) and they arrived fine. I would not use again.

Unfortunately at this time I will have to review this company as poor. I contacted them 3 weeks ago regarding either a replacement or refund on incorrect item to recieve absolutely no correspondence back. They also had to initially refund as they didn't have the stock available. As someone with Autism it can be very difficult to place and order and discover after paying for it some items will not arrive. I also can not confirm I did recieve the refund on these items until I get through a written statement either, but would hope to see it as they initiated the first contact/problem.
