Slow delivery (had it way later than what I paid for), and there was no communication at all. I emailed a few times for an update with no response. Pretty gutted as what I ordered was a gift, and I missed giving it her on her birthday. It arrived eventually…. But not in perfect condition like I was expecting… as it was very pricey for what it was… pretty gutted overall and probably wouldn’t use again.

Product came as described, eventually. Took significantly longer than expected and when i contacted customer services i was just ignored. Would not order again.

It was difficult to get the correct items so I had to substitute. It also took over a month to get here and was supposed to be a birthday present but came late regardless of paying for fast delivery and ordering two weeks in advance.

Ordered 22nd of December. Took a month to arrive. Even trying to contact them I had no reply. I opened my box to find 4x items missing. I have emailed a few times advising them and that I want a refund for the missing items. But I have been ignored over and over again. Definitely won't be buying again.

5 stars for the products, 1 star for communication and customer service. I placed an order on 14 November and paid extra for overnight delivery. That was pointless. On 15 November, I got confirmation that APC overnight had been contacted. On 17 November, I called and wrote customer service to ask when I might expect delivery, as it'd been 2-3 days per their delivery FAQ, and I got back an automated note saying I'd get a reply in 1-2 days. I got no reply. I departed on a plane for World Cup on 19 November and still nothing. There were no strikes, there were no storms, there were no holidays. On 21 November, finally got a package and had to ask a neighbor to keep it for a month 'til I came back. It was also missing items, and I did not get a refund. I'd think twice about ordering again and certainly won't pay extra for anything.

First of all the crisps came with dust on them, all the packets had been wrinkled as if they had been sitting there for a long time, some of the food tastes expired and it took a really long time to come, I had ordered from them in the a couple times past but they did not have this problem, I will definitely not be ordering again. Disgusting.

Poor communication, no tracking information given once order despatched & no response to emails when sent to them. Won’t be ordering again in a hurry.

I'd love to leave a review saying how happy my nephew was with his birthday present, but unfortunately the items still haven't arrived despite opting for next day delivery.. 4 days ago. Today was his birthday and I didn't have his present. This isn't a fault of American Candy Co. more so the courier. I do think they should look into using a different courier service in the future.

I made an order from American Candy Co. I had to chase them due to the fact it stated 2 working days for my order to be dispatched, of course, this time had been and gone, I was then told it was packed and ready to be sent out the following morning, the day then passed and I had received no email once again to confirm it had been shipped when I finally got the email to say my order has been shipped and to track, I then click on the link and once again it states my order has NOT been shipped. Not sure what is going on or where my order actually is but I am not happy!

I requested and paid extra for next day delivery. I ordered at 10am on the Friday, it arrived on Wednesday the following week. There were no bank holidays. Pretty terrible, in fact awful as this is the same delivery time as standard
