Slow delivery (had it way later than what I paid for), and there was no communication at all. I emailed a few times for an update with no response.
Pretty gutted as what I ordered was a gift, and I missed giving it her on her birthday.
It arrived eventually…. But not in perfect condition like I was expecting… as it was very pricey for what it was… pretty gutted overall and probably wouldn’t use again.
